Helpful Tips for Parent Teacher Interviews
Booking Interviews - You Must come to the school and book your appointments the day of the interviews. There is no reservations ahead of time.
Upon your arrival at the school, please check the board in the lobby to locate the classrooms of the teachers you wish to see.
If a teacher cannot be present that information will also be posted in the lobby on the board.
Go to the classrooms of the teachers you would most like to see and book your interview time with the volunteer at the classroom door.
It is usually fairly easy to coordinate all of your appointments.
But to avoid disappointment at not being able to see the teachers you consider most important to visit, you should book those interviews first.
Some teachers book up very fast.
Remember, you cannot book in the afternoon for the evening sessions.
Please do not phone Kathlene to book appointments you must attend the afternoon or evening sessions.
