At St. Thomas More Collegiate we believe that it is important for
Graduates and their immediate families to have an opportunity of
celebrating Mass together.  In years past we have had mass celebrated on
the night of the grad ceremonies.  For many reasons we have discontinued
this practice and started a new tradition of celebrating a Grad Mass in
the evening at Our Lady of Mercy.

We would like to invite each Grad and members of their immediate family to
attend this Mass on Tuesday May 25th at 7:00p.m. at Our Lady of Mercy

All students are welcome to come and have some fun while helping to clean up your community!  This annual event is an opportunity to work side by side with local residents, Burnaby school students, the Burnaby RCMP and many more as we help to clean up our community. Service Hours available. There will be refresments, entertainment and a barbeque following the event.  For more information please speak with Mr. Mattiazzo.

When: Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m

Where: Windsor Community School 6166 Imperial Street

Any student interested in attending a March for Life Rally in Victoria on May 13th please speak to Mr. Mattiazzo

8:00am Meet at the school

9:00am Ferry Departure

12:00pm Roman Catholic Mass at St. Andrew's Cathedral

2:00pm March begins, all participants meet at Centennial Square, march proceeds to legislature

2:30pm Arrive at Legislature. Rally begins, includes speakers and music

5:pm Ferry Departure

Any student interested in attending this years Youth Day at Archbishop Carney Secondary School on May 7th and 8th, please speak to Mr. Mattiazzo

This year when you plant your vegetable garden, why not plant an extra row to donate to Plant a Row, Grow a Row? We'll take the produce to the Food Bank so that families in need in our community can put healthy fresh food on their tables.

Join us next Tuesday as we celebrate a Year of the Priest Assembly in our gymnasium. Up to twenty-five priests from our Deanery and Alumni will be on hand for the event.
